Our interpretation of a classic french baguette - we use a mix of poolish (a yeasted preferment which develops flavor overnight before mixing into the dough) and our sourdough starter to produce a flavorful, slightly sweet loaf with an open crumb. Perfect for butter, sandwiches or tearing and eating on the way home.
